A cosy wooden house located in Kuressaare near castle park in a quiet private-house area. The house was originally built in 1890 by a Baltic-German doctor Karl Albert von Sass and totally renovated in 2000-2011 by us, Ilse and Jüri.

About the house
General Information:
102 sqm wooden house built in 1890 by a Baltic-German Karl Albert von Sass. Totally renovated in 2000. Lot area 405 sqm.
Number of people: 7 people, suitable for a family, dogs allowed.
Conveniences inside the house:
Living room: TV, CD-player+radio, couch, stove
Bedroom: 1 double-bed
Kitchen: fridge with deep-freeze, warm and cold running water, electric oven, radio, wood heated oven, microwave, coffee-machine, towels, dishes and cutlery.
Summer room: a perfect place to drink coffee or tea :)
2 bathrooms/toilets: shower, washbasin, floor heating, washing machine, towels, soap
Second floor: Bedroom: 1 double-bed, 1 couch, office corner with a table and chair
Conveniences outside the house:
Sauna: a wood heated sauna.
Garden: parking space for 2 cars, grill, doghouse, table and chairs.
How to get to us
When you take the ferry from Virtsu, the mainland, you arrive to Kuivastu. Kuressaare is approximately 75 kms from Kuivastu. Follow the main road through the centre of Kuressaare until you reach the castle park. At the crossroad turn right (sign pointing to Sõrve) and drive around the park about 250 meters, then turn right (to Veski Street) and find the gray wooden house number 3.
